ARRL Petition to FCC for Rule Making posted - 3 Jan

I just posted a PDF copy of the ARRL's request to the FCC for proposed rule making, to change Part 97 to allow for home residence antenna installation.  The document is titled "2018 Petition FINAL for Rule Making Parity Act Implementation (Administrative).pdf"
