ARRL Pacific Division annual meeting notes

I've posted the pdf copy (ARRL_Pacific_Division_meeting_2018_notes.pdf) of the meeting minutes I took at this past Saturday's ARRL Pacific Division Anual Meeting, held at Livermore, CA.
